Welsh soccer player Ramsey has raised the reward for information regarding the missing canine named Halo to £15,000.

Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, revealed that the beagle was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato area.

Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was had on a GPS collar, and Ramsey shared a exact coordinates of the spot she vanished from.

"Any sort of information about our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Significant bounty for reuniting with her. We are all praying she is safe and will return with us quickly," Ramsey posted on Instagram.

Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals

The footballer initially revealed that his dog had vanished two weeks ago and has subsequently uploaded several photos of the beloved pet on his social media account.

A £7,500 reward was originally offered, but with absence of information on the dog's location after a week, Ramsey and his family raised the sum.

"Our only wish is our girl back," he said in an additional plea on his online platforms after the 10-year-old dog disappeared.

A recent image post is a grayscale snapshot of Halo sleeping, its head resting in the crook of the athlete's elbow, with the description: "How I wish to hold you again Halo."

Family's Anxieties and Context

The footballer has additionally posted a statement from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media mentioning they have some "serious concerns" about the event and worry the household "might not get explanations".

"To this day we haven't found Halo. It is unlikely we ever will," his wife's message read.

The Welsh skipper became part of Mexico's premier team Pumas UNAM in recent months and had his first appearance in the Mexican league in August.

The Caerphilly-born player is the pioneering high profile British player to compete in the Mexican league.
